Embark on an unforgettable adventure from Kuala Lumpur to the historic streets of Melaka, where rich culture, scenic landscapes, and adrenaline-pumping excitement await. The 24th Annual Charity Motor Treasure Hunt, proudly organized by Hospis Malaysia, is more than just a fun-filled drive – it’s a crucial fundraising endeavour for our palliative care services. For over two decades, this beloved event has not only brought the community together but also raised vital funds to support the comfort, dignity, and well-being of patients facing life-limiting illnesses.

Join us this year and be a part of a journey that combines exploration, camaraderie, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

  2. Gear up your travel-ready vehicle for adventure as we travel from KL to Melaka.

Registration Fee Per Pax:      
~ ADULT: RM350 | KIDS: RM RM120 *age 12 & below (by 14 May 2025)
~ EARLY BIRD: RM320 (by 28 Feb 2025)
 *Inclusive of 1 night’s stay in Bayview Hotel Melaka (on Twin-sharing basis), with buffet dinner, 1 breakfast & Treasure Hunt T-shirt.

Treasure Hunt Rules & Regulations
  1. This is a Motoring Treasure Hunt that will last about 7 hours. Participants are required to solve clues and obtain answers along the journey.
  2. Participation forms:
    >Must be fully completed and the indemnity declaration duly signed by all participants in the team.
    >Official closing date – 14 May 2025
  3. A team must consist of a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 participants.
  4. The driver and navigator must possess valid driving license and the vehicle must be covered by valid road tax and insurance.
  5. The organisers will inform participants of the briefing date and flag-off details closer to the event date.
  6. The organisers reserve the rights to amend the rules, change or postpone the date, or even cancel the event, if it is deemed necessary.
  7. All decisions made by the judges will be final.
  8. Payments can be made via:
    >Direct remittance to Hospis Malaysia (Maybank A/C No: 5141 3212 1211)
  9. At least 1 team member from each team must attend the Registration and Briefing session. He/she/they shall be responsible for disseminating all information provided at the briefing session to all other team members.
  10. Car stickers with competition numbers provided by the organisers must be placed on the participating vehicle as directed by the organisers. These must remain on the vehicle throughout the Hunt. No other form of advertising other than those provided by the organisers shall be permitted.
  11. Participants are required to comply with the dress code for the event as determined by the organisers.
  12. All materials of whatsoever nature in relation to the Hunt (whether submitted as a ‘found treasure” in the Hunt or otherwise) shall belong to the organizers and no participant shall have any claim thereto.
  13. The organisers shall be entitled to use any materials derived from the event in any form or for any purpose that the organizers.

    • Hotel Check-in: After 3pm, Saturday, 14 June 2025
    • Buffet Dinner & Prize Presentation: 7pm onwards at Kayangan Ballroom, Level 5, Bayview Hotel Melaka
    • Hotel Check-out: 12pm, Sunday, 15 June 2025
