HOSPIS MALAYSIA CHARITY BAZAAR 2024

🎉 Hospis Malaysia’s Charity Bazaar will be back on 1st December 2024.

🛍️🍜💙 We hope you will join us for some great holiday shopping while supporting Hospis Malaysia!

🗓️ DATE: 1st DECEMBER 2024, SUNDAY
⏱️ TIME: 9AM – 4PM
📍 VENUE: STELLA MARIS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL DAMANSARA
➡️ 7, Lorong Setiabistari 2, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur.

🚗🚙 Parking is FREE but be sure to arrive early!

Over 80 vendors will be on site, selling food, lifestyle items, crafts, jewellery etc. This could be your one-stop Christmas shopping venue as there will be something for everyone!

💙All proceeds will go to furthering the palliative care efforts of Hospis Malaysia!

VENDORS WANTED

Types of vendors we are looking for:

Food* – perishable and non-perishable
Non-food**
Games and entertainment

*Table and chairs will be available for visitors to enjoy their food at the venue.

**For vendors interested to sell pre-loved items, please note that this will be a self-manned stall. You will be responsible for the stall on event day.

DONATION OF FOOD & NON-FOOD ITEMS

We welcome donation of food and non-food items to be sold at Hospis Malaysia’s own stalls, or converted into prizes for our Lucky Dip to be held throughout the day.

Examples of food items that can be sold by our volunteers on your behalf:

Baked goods (cakes, cookies, pastries)
Snacks (chips, popcorn, pretzels)
Beverages (juice, soda, water)

We also welcome donations of new/unused non-food items for our Lucky Dip giveaways.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

We welcome volunteers for the following roles:

Pre-event setup – one day prior to the event
Stall management – take charge of a Hospis Malaysia stall selling donated items or selling coupons
Driver – if you own/have access to a vehicle, and can transport items from different locations to the bazaar venue
Event Administration – ushers, customer service, photographers etc.
Clean-up Crew – sanitation duties throughout event day
Teardown – assist with cleaning up the event space after the event
